This short tutorial well teach you how to make your [tag]personalized water bottle labels[/tag] for your wedding in a snap!
1. Open MS Word 2003
2. Go to Tools -> Letters and Mailings -> click on Envelopes and Labels

3. Enter your [tag]wedding[/tag] information and click New Document. Make sure the other circled options are selected.

4. You should have ten labels on your page containing your wedding information. On the keyboard, hold down the Ctrl key and click the A key. This will select the whole template. Then click on the Center icon in the at the top of the page. This will center your text.

5. Your text should now be centered. Now right click on the box just above the top, left corner of the template (use the picture above for this step).
6. From the drop down menu, select Borders and Shading.

7. Select Grid and then click OK.

8. Highlight the first two cells at the top of the page, right click on the highlighted area and select Merge Cells.

9. Highlight the duplicate wedding information and delete it.

10. The result should be a perfectly sized, personalized water bottle label!

You should repeat steps 8-10 for the remainder of the side by side labels. The result should be 5 perfectly sized water bottle labels. Print the labels out and cut them along the edges. Make sure to use a paper cutter instead of scissors for a straighter edge when cutting your labels.
In order to achieve a better looking, more classy label, adjust the font that you are using to one that is suitable for your wedding. You also may want to consider adjusting the font size and text colors as well.
